Double rivet racks: Standard duty type double rivet angle beams are used to establish unit stability and to provide shelf support on all four sides; heavy duty ones can provide stability and increase loading capacity in the longer lengths; double rivet channel beam is designed to provide maximum left to to certainly stability and higher capacity than the two previous types. Single rivet racks: single rivet beam high density shelving is designed to provide for maximum vertical clearance between shelves. It uses single rivet cross-bow supports on intermediate levels, mixed with double rivet beams at the top and bottom for stability. For units up to 48’’ wide. Single rivet units typically offer less capacity and more accessibility than double rivet units do. All sides are accessible to store items because side and back cross braces are not necessary for stability. Shelf levels can be adjustable on 1-1/2" centers.
